  • A continuous, slow stream of warm oil flows across your forehead and scalp. This therapy is a powerful antidote to stress, insomnia, and mental chatter. 

  • A focused foot therapy rooted in reflexology. Our feet hold pressure points connected to every organ. By massaging these points, we ground your entire nervous system. You’ll leave feeling earth-steady.

  • A soothing facial massage using gentle strokes across the forehead, temples, jawline, and around the eyes. 

  • A head and neck massage relieves headaches, improves memory, and enhances concentration. Warm oil soothes the scalp, and gentle kneading loosens muscles around the cervical spine.

  • Herbal steam opens your pores, flushes out toxins, and makes your body receptive to oils and pastes. The heat is soothing, not oppressive, and helps your system absorb every medicinal benefit.

  • A dry herbal powder massage that stimulates blood flow, reduces sluggishness, and gives your skin a natural exfoliation. You’ll feel invigorated and light.
