3. Booking and Appointments

Your time at Varma Ayurveda begins with mindful planning. Appointments can be booked easily via our website, by email, or by phone.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to:

• Arrive punctually for your appointment
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately after the treatment.

5. Cancellation Policy

We reserve time especially for you. If you cannot attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of late cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the treatment cost.
Repeated missed appointments may result in us declining future bookings.
